Priority Scheduling! Sandium Service Club members go to the head of the line when we schedule appointments.
15% DISCOUNT! All active club members receive a 15% discount on parts and labor for any problems we find. One major service call and this discount can pay for your Sandium Service Club membership
Discount on home performance duct leakage testing. You will receive an additional 15% duct leakage test.

Amnesty Available! If your system is older than two years, or we did not install it for you, call us and ask about our maintenance catch-up program. This is our amnesty program to help you get started in becoming a Sandium Service Club Member.
When you turn-on your air conditioner on that hot 90 degree summer day, you expect that your air conditioner is just going to click on and keep you cool.

Here is the checklist of what we do:

Furnace Tune Up and Testing

Check & adjust thermostat
Clean & adjust all safety controls
Clean burners and controls
Clean & adjust pilot assembly
Adjust burner for efficiency (air & flame)
Check for gas leaks in furnace
Lubricate moving parts
Check fan control
Check furnace for cracked heat exchanger
Check temperature rise
Check all wire connections
Check condensate trap & drain lines
Inspect filters and test filtration levels

Use diagnostic gauges and verify operation
Check evaporator superheat
Check stat evaporator & relays
Check condensate drain
Check voltage & amperage to all motors w/ meter
Lubricate moving parts
Check compressor contractor
Check condensing coil
Check for proper refrigerant charge
& possible leaks
Check belt & tension
Check all wiring connections
Inspect filters and test filtration levels
