Sandium takes an analytical approach to your home comfort. Every job starts with an extensive house survey. The data collected are used in the of your AC/furnace size and duct size etc using industry standard protocols. We then select the right equipment based on that information and your home configuration. Normally we also include a number of alternative options with various features to satisfy different budget needs. Any applicable utilities, manufacturer, and/or tax rebates will also be researched and noted. All these are explained to the homeowner in plain language in the proposal to ensure complete understanding. In addition, our comfort consultants are always available to answer your questions by phone or email.

Once the homeowner approves our proposal, our installation team leader will review the job specifics. They are master technicians who are familiar with the products and have many years of field experience. They will ensure your installation goes smoothly and completes on time. They will also walk through the functions and controls of the system with the homeowner once the installation is completed

As opposed to most contractors, your relationship with us only begins with the installations. We can take care of all your preventive maintenance, duct cleaning, and upgrade needs. You can also save by signing up to our long term service program.
